Description
Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG “Zac” is 100% Sangiovese from the Gugliaie vineyard (2.5 ha). It is dedicated to Anna Corsini, the sister of Prince Tommaso and it represents the new challenges of the winery.
The first vintage was produced in 2008 (1,800 bottles) whet it was an IGT Toscana Sangiovese. In 2016 this wine became a Chianti Classico Gran Selezione red wine.

Winemaking

Aging
24 months in barriques and 500 and 700 liter tonneaux, mostly used, 7 months in concrete vats, and at least 6 months in the bottle.
