The sparkling wine rosé Principe Corsini metodo charmat is obtained from Sangiovese grapes that have rested for long on their lees.
It’s a new way to express the territory of Chianti Classico still using its main grape.
Charmat method through soft pressing of whole grapes harvested in small boxes with a short stop in the inertised press; fermentation of the must for 24 days at low temperature (14° C).
Secondary fermentation for 2 months at 14°C and elevage on yeasts for 12 weeks.
In the game of the versatility of a grape, the discovery of the most joyful shades goes through bubbles. The austere Sangiovese reveals in this Charmat method the whole brio of the fruit, showing its acidity DNA in a new fresh and almost mentholated dress.
Powder pink shades wrapped in a delicate and charming perlage between the fresh notes of red currant and wild strawberry, raspberry jelly, mandarin and lemon pastry cream. The aromatic palette anticipates a juicy and refreshing taste, with a citrus fruit development that is ideal for an aperitif with a summer lightness but with a Tuscan verve.
