Tuscan cuisine and Principe Corsini wines at Villa Le Corti
At Villa Le Corti, in the Chianti Classico area, the ancient Osteria and the Wine shop (Enoteca) inside the estate reopen their doors. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have been closed for months. But now it is finally possible to return to taste the dishes of the Tuscan tradition and the Principe Corsini wines.
Surrounded by Chianti countryside and in total safety, you can enjoy the pleasure of our new menu prepared with seasonal and local products. At our wine shop, you can also buy the wines and olive oils of Villa Le Corti and Tenuta Marsiliana.
Outdoor tables and a new menu at Osteria Le Corti
A few kilometers from Florence, the Osteria of Villa Le Corti will welcome you from May 2021. In the outside space, you will find tables well spaced apart, in full compliance with the regulations against infection by Covid-19.
Fully immersed in the greenery and history of the Corsini family, the Osteria offers traditional Tuscan dishes reinterpreted with flair and creativity. For the opening, we also created a new aperitif menu and a new à la carte menu. Every meal is cooked using organic and local ingredients, like our organic pearl spelt. Our chefs Laura and Rossella, and the dining staff are ready to surprise you and recommend the best pairings with the selection of Principe Corsini wines.
The new opening hours of Osteria Le Corti
For an exclusive lunch or dinner, you can book a table outside the Osteria Le Corti. Here are the new opening hours:

- Saturday 12.00 pm – 3.00 pm; 6.00 pm – 10.00 pm
- Sunday 12.00 pm – 3.00 pm

The historic Villa Le Corti cellars in Chianti Classico
Enoteca Le Corti is inside the historic wine cellars of Villa Le Corti. They are considered the largest building in the Seventeenth century and were designed by the Florentine architect Santi di Tito.
The wine cellars unfold on three levels below Villa Le Corti. Because of their impressive size and the great project that guided their realization, they are considered an important historic monument. Together with the villa, the cellars have obtained recognition of national interest. For this reason, they are protected by Italian law.

Enoteca Le Corti: direct sale of Principe Corsini oil and wine
During Enoteca and Osteria opening hours, it is possible to taste Principe Corsini wines with a board of Tuscan cold cuts or some other appetizers prepared by our cooks.
Enoteca Le Corti is also open for direct sale of Principe Corsini wines and olive oils, at the following hours:
