IGT Costa Toscana “Marsiliana” is the “grand vin” of the estate, a wine made from the selection of the best grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot from property vineyards.

A smooth and intense wine, it is the maximum expression of the international Bordeaux blend and the deep, warm power of the Tuscan coast.

Winemaking

In steel vats open at controlled temperature (max 28 °C), for 16 days.

Aging

18 months in barriques, 50% new and 50% used. 12 months in bottles.

Maremma tortelli wild boar sauce or pappardelle with hare ragu, but also slowly cooked roasted meat, wild boar with wild fennel, Woodcock skewer with bacon and herbs, roasted pigeon with Port reduction, roasted lamb with plums, chianina meat stew slowly cooked with laurel and juniper.
