The sparkling wine Principe Corsini rosé metodo charmat is obtained from Sangiovese grapes that have rested for a protracted time on their lees (12 weeks). It’s a new way to express the territory of Chianti Classico yet still use its principle grape, Sangiovese.
Tasting and pairing notes:
In the game of the versatility of a grape, the discovery of the most joyful shades goes through the bubbles. The austere Sangiovese reveals in this Charmat method the whole brio of the fruit, showing its acidity DNA in a new fresh and almost mentholated dress. Powder pink shades wrapped in a delicate and charming perlage between the fresh notes of red currant and wild strawberry, raspberry jelly, mandarin and lemon pastry cream. The aromatic palette anticipates a juicy and refreshing taste, with a citrus fruit development that is ideal for an aperitif with a summer lightness but with a Tuscan verve. Pairing: hot tigelle with Coppa di Parma dop
Villa le Corti
